TANJU OZELGIN

Ozelgin was born in Istanbul in 1962 and graduated from the
Industrial Design department of the Fine Arts Academy of Marmara University,
Istanbul, in 1984. He set up Scala Design in 1987, and over the next ten years
worked on the design of trade fair stands, showrooms, yachts, domestic and
office interiors, as well as publicity campaigns, product design, computer and
video graphics. In 1996, he set up Parlak Kırmızı with Ertan Binme.
He has established his own design studio based on TO ( Tanju
Ozelgin ) in Istanbul 2005. He has been working on interior design projects
and industrial designs under this name TO since 2005. He has lectured at universities and
various platforms and
serves as a juror at academic programs and competitions since 1998.
